Single Shop Dues Annually *	$ 395.00	Independent or Dealer Facility
Multi-Shop Dues Annually *	$ 750.00	2 - 3 Multi-Location Independent/Dealer Facilities
Multi-Shop Dues Annually *	$1000.00	4+ Multi-Location Independent/Dealer Facilities
Technical Schools Annually *	$ 150.00	Secondary or Post Secondary Schools
Industry Related Annually *	$ 450.00	Vendors, Suppliers, Service Providers

     * Dues are paid annually based on calendar year.
     * Dues are prorated at 10% of annual dues listed below per remaining months.
     * Multi-Shop Dues must be paid for all facilities within Indiana.
     * We accept all major credit cards and can setup automatic debiting for dues monthly.
